Not my cup of tea...so to speak

This episode realy just lacked the spark that the recent ones have , i mean episodes like the holly and micheal road trips although very very sad in usual style was still made hilarious. This recent episode had plenty of potential but for me personaly didnt hit the sweet spot.

Wierd, I was actually thinking the complete opposite. To me, most of the season 5 episodes have been excessively plot based, with few really "funny" scenes. I thought this one was a return to the episodes of season 2 and 3.
I missed the Jim/Dwight dynamic that seemed to have been foregone in recent episodes, so Jim's bluetooth antics ("I love you too." "What do you think I'm saying to you!?"), Dwight's eccentric paranoia ("Dwight, let me see your coffee cup." "No." "Is that it?" "No!... Why?... No!"), and the mock phone-call were all much awaited bits for me.
Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

I totally agree with ohmalawd, it totally felt like a season 2 or 3 episode, it didnt seemed derived in any way, and it wasnt trying too hard to be funny. This episode hit the spot for my tv tummy
