Sad Eclipse

Well wasn't to happy with the eclipse since it took away the evolutionary element of the show and made it mystical sort of though the concept was really shaky from the beginning, back in season 1 or 2 I swear Claire was given to HRG by that guy from the company, can anyone confirm that, and someone also mentioned the emergence of powers from the first eclipse though I'm assuming the one that started our heroes powers wasn't the first since Arthur and Angela had the powers prior to it so I guess the first Eclipse that gave Peter and friends their powers did not affect the older Heroes since Arthur seemed surprised by this one. As for Sylar, they need to decide on what he's going to be, loving brother/son/father, misunderstood hero, or down right villain. Too bad about Elle though she was cute. Too many inconsistencies in the show though mysteriously I'm still drawn to it, guess I'm just curious. Haitian is still the best hands down and Nathan is a daddy's boy. Cerebral Palsy happens early in life so how did Daphne win a medal for running if she was only able to walk after the eclipse and the eclipses are happening to often too long but hey whatever works I guess.

im pretty sure that we saw hiro's father give claire to noah (HRG) in a previous episode in season 1 or 2, and what annoyed me about this episode was the fact that peter still hasnt got his powers or if he has he hasnt used them yet :(

i agree this weeks episode was really not up to Hero's normal standards. I found (spoiler) sylar's twist of character at the end totally unbelieveable, and the dialogue in general was just *so poorly written*. im sad because it seems the writers have changed, and now im worried about the show's survival.

To be honest, I think the show might have saved itself in the last ten minutes. Sylar is who he is, there is no going back. Elle should have died along with her father as their love scene was getting pathetic, Claire is vulnurable (despite her being imune to...er...death) which is annoying but it's better than her 'I want to be a super hero'. Her lines about being just a teenager made her a bit more bareable. Peter is being selfess again instead of a monster. Nathan is just as confused in what he is doing as he always was. Down side, he is a senator. Did he really not get a good enough education to realise how destructive it would be if the whole world got powers. And the eclipse, like you said...just took the evolutionary part of the show and threw it out the window.
Oh, and I read on the comic book things that the medal isn't hers, it's her mother's.

i think you've hit the nail on the head about most things in this comment... ecspecially the daphne medal thing.... but i think the sylar situation is due to him gaining his powers back and its as though it was like what he was in the beggining .. maybe the 'hunger' for the powers has came back due to him gaining his powers again.

SPOILERS!I have loved heroes since the beginning still do.I dont really care much about dialogue though the storyline is still awesome in my opinion.I think they did great stuff with the haitin in this episode i loved it he showed emotion and actually said a bit.i also think it was a great twist getting nathan to side with his dad i didn't see that coming.as for sylar i dunno, hes a great villain but it was interesting to see where he was going to go i didnt like that he suddenly just went back to the old him and why did he kill her anyway he already had her power?i loved the thing with hiro as well with all those back issues and the geeks i reckon they'll be back.So i'm still loving heroes i think that if you guys are still watching it then you must still like it a little so don't waste your time watching it if you don't like itPeace Out
