Lost Review 5.07 - 'The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham' Part 2 - Featured

Alone and defeated we see him now in a hotel room writing his letter to Jack, prepares a noose and gets ready to kill himself but suddenly Ben busts into the room and persuades him not too. I'm not too sure of his motives, maybe he just wanted to keep him alive until he figures out a way to use him to get back, which he does very quickly. Unfortunately a depressed Locke gives Ben the knowledge that Jin is alive and also (more importantly) Eloise Hawking is in LA and she was to tell Locke how to get back to the island. Ben has what he needed and proceeds to kill Locke, fulfilling the destiny that he was to die. Finally, in the closing stages we see Locke having the upper hand as we return to the present after the crash and find Ben at Locke's mercy.

I'll leave you there this week and perhaps just with two questions:-

- Who's side is Locke on now?

- How did the Oceanic Six teleport to the other island?

See y'all on the island next week.....

what was the point in that? This review is pointless if you have just watched the episode, and if you hav'nt then you've just ruined it.. well done, give yourself a pat on the back.
And frankly, I find you calling me a fellow 'Lostie' extremely patronising.

why would you read a review if you haven't seen the episode? You've been reading my reviews for a month now and have yet to find a problem....and there wasn't a lot to discuss this week anyway. Why didn't you put your negative comment under the good ones on the other page? Keep counting Kate's freckles darksheep.
