My apologies

Oh dear. Oh dear, oh dear. I'm sorry everyone, but I've actually managed to out-dork the Big Bang Theory on not one, but two counts.

I've just started rewatching the series, and:

The Luminous Fish Effect: The luminous jellyfish gene Sheldon mentions is almost certainly GFP (Green Fluorescent Protein), which isn't luminous, but rather flourescent. The fish at the end looks like it's had a luciferase inserted instead, a protein (usually) from fireflies which makes light from cellular energy.

The bit where Wolfowitz and Raj are trying to convince Sheldon that he's a robot: The third of Asimov's laws is that the robot must forrow human orders, except where doing so would force it to break the other two laws. So, obviously, Sheldon isn't a robot.

Again, I'm sorry. If you've noticed anything else, tell the world (or at least the part of the world that reads obscure discussions on SideReel) and make me feel better

I applaud your nitpicking. To this day, a movie error that drives me up a wall is how in "Never Been Kissed" there's a poster for the Math Club with an incorrect approximation of pi (and it was so egregious...after the 3.14 they just made it up)Keep 'em coming! I'll pay more attention this season myself...

Technically, Howard and Raj could have just been ignoring Asimov's 3rd Law since they could not mess with Sheldon otherwise.Or Sheldon does listen to most commands if they can give him a logical (to him) reason to do it.

when penny tried to open her door with her carkey sheldon asked her if she is upset because the locksmith answered with a meaningless tautology but a tautology is by definition meaningless so "meaningless tautologiy" is a tautology. it´s a good joke but i don´t think it was intended. There are also some things who are just not true or not really logical or just not true but i don´t want to write them down so gl&hf ^^.

When Leonard had his one night stand with winkle Sheldon slept on the couch with his head facing the wrong way. When Penny tried the sleep on the couch after halo night Sheldon tried to correct her. Their are many things i have picked up on this show i could go on and on.
