So-So

I just watched the show last night and although the storyline sounds new - the whole deception expert scientist who helps the govt etc - i felt that it was very choppy.

I would have liked to see more of a back story as to who the woman was and how they found her body instead of just jumping straight into the scene with the convicted teenager.

The whole white theme with the office and jail cell looked very fake... the only thing i did like the show was the actor who playes Cal Lightman - he did a good job at acting. The close-ups they did on people's faces to show their expression and how to interpret it was something i also found interesting...

It's not the greatest show over but i have to admit i'm interested already... hopefully the next episode will be better!

NB: Props to the teenager who used to play Matt on the Lizzie McGuire job - he was quite good too...

I only 'kind-of' enjoyed it too. I really like Tim Roth and the guy who 'always tells the truth' looked like an interesting character but I'm gonna wait a few more episodes to decide whether it's worth watching.
