In case you are not familiar with ABC’s hit show Castle, it tells the story of bestselling novelist Richard Castle, who partners up with NYPD’s Homicide Detective Kate Beckett – against her will – for research for his next series of books. After killing off a wildly successful character, he bases the main character of his next books on Beckett, giving him the perfect excuse to shadow her during the investigations. While the premise is a little far-fetched, Castle never fails to deliver a good, solid narrative with a nice balance of comedy and drama. The chemistry between Nathan Fillion (Castle) and Stana Katic (Beckett) is one of the shows higher points.
