Johnny Weir, possibly the most controversial Olymic skater since Tonya Harding, has been announced as a judge for ABC's first season of "Skating With the Stars." Weir will be joined on the judges panel by choreographer Laurieann Gibson, and Olympian Dick Button.
In its press release, ABC refers to Weir, who learned to skate at age 12 on frozen cornfields behind his home, as "skating's most unpredictable star," so they're clearly hoping for some wacky antics there. Gibson is best known for her pop choreography, having worked with Michael Jackson, Alicia Keys, Dixie Chicks, Lady Gaga, and Beyonce.
