The Walking Dead, since its premiere in October, has been a runaway success. The series premiere, "Days Gone Bye," attracted 5.35 million viewers, the highest figures AMC has ever gotten with a scripted original program. And, surprisingly enough, viewership for the show hasn't sunk as much as one would think.
The series has been hovering with around 5 million viewers. "Guts," the second episode, scored 4.71 viewers, while "Tell It to the Frogs," episode three, got 5.07 million. Sunday's episode, "Vatos," was down from episode three's viewership considerably, with only 4.75 viewers. However, as you can tell, it was still above episode two's viewership.
