Brothers & Sisters Season 4 Episode 15 "A Valued Family" Review

There was definately a sad part to this episode after Rebecca loses her and Justin's baby. I did not see that one coming, there was no hint of it even in the preview trailers. A surprise that is disappointing to a lot of viewers. But then again the Walkers never walk a straight road, there are always bumps and detours.

We also got to see at the starting of this episode Sarah's ex flame Jean-Luc, who I am a huge fan of by the way. He is much more appealing then the guy she is currently dating from Paige's school. Watching paint dry is more exciting then that guy. Its a good thing that they are no longer dating.

We also got a glimpse of Kittie's old guy friend when press starts digging up her past. Holly sells her shares of Ojahi under the Walker's nose. All in all it was a great episode tonight with lots of drama and excitement on Valentine's Day.

I totally agree about the Roy (Sarah's now ex-bf) remark about the paint drying :D.
It's really weird that the Walker second (?) generation seems to be quite unable to have children (except for Sarah) - i mean, Tommy is sterile, Kitty too i guess, Kevin is married to a man and their surrogate doesn't get pregnant, and now Justin's wife loses their baby. The writers are being somewhat unfair about the baby-issue there. However, i have the feeling they might get more generous in the future.
Oh, and i have to say, Kevin's/Matthew's new haircut rocks!!!!!!!

Thanks for the comment riiinu! I have to agree with you completely about Kevin's new haircut!! Much better! You brought up a good point on the baby issue.....you think when Kevin and his h usband actually get a girl pregnant its going to be triplets? I can see that actually.
I hope however that Justin and Rebecca do end up getting pregnant again!

Oh, i didn't think about the triplets (good one!):D But i think that they're kind of going with the Kitty and Tommy pattern (Kitty's miscarriage and adoption being a rocky road with Trish etc.) And Justin and Rebecca weren't really ready for the baby either so maybe they'll have it when Justin gets back on track in medical school.

This show is so amazing. It has me in tears each time. And I never really know what to expect, unlike half of these other shows that are so predictable. This show constantly leaves me in awe. I am excited the Jean-Luc is back in the picture. He was so perfect for Sarah. I was dissapointed about what happened with Justin and Rebecca. I mean yeah Justin wasn't ready at first but he was warming up to the idea of being a father. And I thought he would of done a great job. But hopefully the writers will make it happened for them. Also I hope Justin does past medical school too. He needs something great to happen in his life. As for Kevin (which by the way his hair cut is awesome) and Scotty will eventually have a positive out take with a surrogate. The just need someone who is more mature who would actually be more responsible. Which why I don't understand why Kevin is having such a hard time with it, since he was able to help Tommy. But over all this is a wonderful show. It put my ideas into perspective when it come to having a family. I also heard a little rumor that Rob Lowe might be leaving the show. I hope not. I also love his character. Kitty wouldn't be Kitty without him. I'm really crossing my fingers that it was just a rumor. I am a big fan, and I'm always recommending this show to everyone I know. Can't wait to see what they have in store for the next show.....=0)

thanks for the comments guys...this show is great...there isn't another show out there right now remotely like this one. It makes a person want to have a large family, there might be lots of drama but at the end of the day...they are there for each other.
