Illusionist Criss Angel will guest star on Rules of Engagement, Monday, Jan. 17 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Angel will play himself and perform an illusion.
Angel is best known for his successful television series, “Criss Angel Mindfreak,” now in its sixth season. He is currently in the midst of a 10-year run at the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas with his show, “Criss Angel BeLIEve,” that he performs live 10 times a week. His television credits include “CSI: NY” on the Network, and “Las Vegas.”
Rules of Engagement also stars Patrick Warburton, Megyn Price, David Spade, Adhir Kalyan, Oliver Hudson and Bianca Kajlich.
Thanks to Supernatural, I can no longer think of Criss Angel’s name without the word “douchebag” popping into mind (for those who don’t know, Supernatural once aired an episode called “Criss Angel is a Douchebag”). That unfortunate association aside, I have nothing against the guy and I bet his guest spot is bound to be entertaining.
