The crazy sexual antics, the excessive drinking and the shallow lifestyle that Charlie H. has been living is the subject of comedy thanks to the conventions of 'Two and a Half Men.' If we weren't laughing at Charlie, we'd probably have to cry. As for the real life of Sheen, well, let's just say he's quite a 'character.'
Still, if there was one thing that set this episode apart from all the others, it was the return of Jane Lynch as Charlie's therapist, Dr. Freeman.
Lynch, a recent Emmy Award-winner for her role as Sue Sylvester on 'Glee,' has been a frequent guest on 'Men.' Having her back, volleying questions and answers with Charlie, was joyful. And the character is nothing like Sue, so it was a blast to see her in a different type of comic vein.
