NBC's two-hour Sing-Off  averaged 9.6 million viewers and a 3.5 rating in the 18-to-49 demographic during its first hour (against How I  Met Your Mother's 10.1 million, 3.7, and Rules of Engagement's 10.1 million, 3.3), and 9.1 million (3.4) in its second (against Two and a Half Men's 14.4 million and 4.4, and Mike & Molly's 12.5 million and 3.7). That's up 18 percent versus last week's premiere.
