'Men of a Certain Age' (Mon., 10PM ET on TNT) follows the lives of three men who are experiencing, well, a mid-life crisis. Middle age can be a tough time for everyone involved, men and women both. But on the new episode, Owen (Andre Braugher) encounters a uniquely guy-ish problem. Young ladies no longer see him; rather, they see through him.
Yes, Owen has become invisible to the opposite sex. As he enters the guy's local breakfast joint, two girls look right past him -- even as he holds the door open for them. But if Owen is expecting sympathy from fellow middle-agers Joe and Terry (Ray Romano and Scott Bakula), then he's come to the wrong place.
"You guys see that?!" Owen says. No, dude; whether your friends saw it is unimportant. The main thing is that the ladies didn't see you. Owen quickly protests that he used to be hot; girls used to check him out. "No," says Terry. "No," says Joe. " ... No," Terry adds, just to make things even clearer.
