SUPERNATURAL SEASON 4 THE BEST BY FAR

this season is going to be the best by far. i have always been a fan but looks like they are really raising the bar(also greatfull for this site cause im in the uk and wont otherwise have a chance to see this). but i personally think that sam and dean will have to turn on each other in the end but think deans time in hell may sway the balance would love any feed back and if you have taken the time to read this cheers.

I'm certainly impressed with this season so far, especially considering how many doubts I had before it started. They're dealing with potentially show-ruining plot twists, but they've handled them all superbly. I just hope they can keep it up. As to Dean and Sam facing off, it pretty much seems inevitable. Too soon to say how it will go down exactly, but it should be interesting. I love the relationship between the brothers but I think a showdown between them is a great plot development and really inevitable.

Yes, it seems like what we all feared since season 2 is finally starting to come to pass: The Great Winchester Showdown. Sam's been angled as a potential demon-monarch for a long while (slated from the very beginning, actually), and now Dean's confirmed as being Mr. Angelic. However, when the two actually do go at each other...I'm fairly certain neither of them will be "good" or "evil." After all, as we saw in "Sin City" and as demonstrated regularly by Ruby, demons aren't evil...they're just tormented souls from hell or fallen angels. So the brothers might be on opposing sides, but I doubt Sam will ever become Mr. Evil Antichrist...he's too good a person. He could be misguided, I suppose...but on that subject, the writers should be careful. They can't just alter his personality. In the end, Dean and Sam will be pitted against each other...and they will overcome. They'll end up on the same side and they'll conquer all. That's how it's going down. They're nothing without each other.

i agree with you that they can't just alter sams personality but i think something big might happen proir to the big showdown that will tear the bros apart and make them doubt each other this will then probably turn to hate as people like ruby will try and manipulate their insecureness (especially sam) so that they turn on each other...who knows but i can't wait. but after this season where else can this show go.....

yeah i agree too. but i think it was well executed with the envovement prior to seasons 2 & 3 with the whole 'demon war' but i think they got rid of azazel too soon. they could have kept him on to fight lilith as the leader. who would eventualy gun after sam. i also liked how in season 2 dean mentioned no-one had seen an angel. then ironicly he sees one. but it leaves me with questions too. why save dean. why not john whinchester? why not both? together would make the combination don't you think? i like the theory of them turning on each other, but i think they might leave that (if it happeneds) untill the end of the show. too soon will kill it i think. Plus if they did do the body swap episode that many fans want to see, who knows what mystery dean might uncover about sams real power. ITS LOOKING GOOOOOOD!!!

it may be too soon to put them against each other but there's no doubt it will happen in this season or the next. If not then why did Dean's "angel" told him to "take care of it or we will". They are givin Dean the chance to bring Sam back in the right track and my guess is he wont be able to.. they hav to fight and Sam will eventually realize how he took the wrong choices and then maybe he could work with Dean undercover and take over lilith... oooorrr at the very end when finally lucifer is about to walk free, THEN Sam will fight with Dean side by side again.

the event i think that will turn these to is bobbys death. somehow a demon will kill bobby and then sam will blame dean. then they will fight. like i said before i think dean will also have powers i think dean is a half angel and has powers or will gain temparary powers. i also agree that azazel was killed of to soon. he had alot oof potential left in his character. i also agree this is the best freaking show ever. i love this show.

and remember sam has demon blood in him as well as human blood. this must be significant as to the outcome. and if there is to be another season think they will find it hard to top this one also think kristen bell should still be in it
