Report: Demi Lovato Leaves Treatment Facility

Demi Lovato has left the treatment facility where she was seeking help for emotional and physical issues, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

Lovato returned to Los Angeles earlier this week after completing her prescribed treatment, a source close to Lovato says.
