I've sat looking at the screen for the last minute and a half attempting to think of something positive to write about Harbor City. LAW & ORDER: LOS ANGELES needs to pick up the pace with their story lines, acting, writing, etc. I find myself bored within the first 10 minutes of the episode, which doesn't really bode well for the remaining 32.
This week's Harbor City took us into the dangerous world of surfing. A well known surfer ends up murdered in his grow-op, a store that sells legal narcotics to those suffering from disease (I must live a VERY sheltered life. I'd never heard that term before), and from there TJ (Tomas Jaruszalski) and Rex (Skeet Ulrich) are on the hunt for his killer.
Honestly? I spaced out a little in the middle of the episode, and found myself doodling little drawings on my note pad.
