‘Top Chef’ Richard Blais Hits the Road

Atlanta-based chef Richard Blais, winner of this season’s Top Chef with his unique blend of American tastes and love of liquid nitrogen, is now hitting the road.

This year, the Top Chef tour, which begins April 15 in St. Louis, will pit chefs against each other in Quickfire-like challenges using local ingredients. Locals can vote on the ingredients at the website.

Tickets for the shows are free, but in typical Top Chef twist fashion, there are only a limited number available in advance – most are available only the day of the show, and on a first-come-first-served fashion. Read More...
