The Queen

I've always wondered about this...

Back in Season 3, Episode 2 "The Shakespeare Code" - The Doctor has a run-in with the Queen and she sends her men chasing after him calling for his death. The Doctor had said at the time that he didn't know what the fuss was about and that he had yet to meet her - funny thing that time travel sort of thing.

When do you suppose we'll see the Doctor return to Shakespeare's time to anger the Queen? In one of the specials next year perhaps?

Oh, you're probably right. Maybe the writers set it up that way or maybe it was just thrown in. Didn't really seem like it was building up to going back to Shakespeare, all most like it going in a different direction. But who knows? Sorry, no pun intended :P It would be great if there was a special about that. Can't wait!Cheers.

@Heather: That was Victoria not Elizabeth
@Magic-Markers: It is an adventure we unfortunately will never see. It happens between The Waters of Mars and The End of Time. The Doctor mentions he got married at the beginning of the End of Time: He means to Queen Elizabeth...
