'Community': Behind the scenes on the study group's walk down memory lane


Once one knows the rules, one can break them. That's the case with NBC's "Community" and its creator Dan Harmon. He knows what makes a successful sitcom, but then he turns it on its head. Thursday's (April 21) episode, "Paradigms of Human Memory" is a great example of that. In the episode, the study group does its own take on the sitcom flashback show that typically shows the characters emotional look back at memorable scenes over the seasons. But the show has only been on for less than two seasons so far, so what's a young sitcom to do?
