What's a 'ginger'? 'Glee's' Emma has a soul, y'all.

Q: On tonight's acceptance-themed episode of "Glee," Emma (Jayma Mays) talked about her ginger-ness being one of the "faults" she's come to accept about herself.A: We love gingers!  Emma is, of course, referring to her red hair and the occasionally derogatory but often affectionate "ginger" nickname given to redheads.She lamented the freckles and easily-sunburned skin that generally accompanies red hair, and even mentioned the pop-culture theory that gingers are actually soulless.And from where did that theory arise? "South Park," of course. In the episode "Ginger Kids" which aired in November 2005, Cartman delivers a hate speech about classmates with red hair.
