If you happen to be in one of a few select cities, you may be in for a moving experience when you see J.J. Abrams' Super 8 on the big screen. Wired is reporting that the movie will take advantage of motion technology in 50 North American theaters equipped with D-Box Motion Code seats. Consumers outfitted with motion-enabled furniture in their homes have been able to experience the vibrations encoded into games and Blu-ray discs for some time now, but it will be even more intense in theaters. The seats will be programmed to activate pitch, roll and heave movements, shifting audience members up, down and sideways. We don't recommend trying it if you're prone to seasickness.
Just watch the trailer below an imagine how it would feel if your seat was moving along with it.
