'Walking Dead': Will budget cuts hobble season 2?

Could the second season of AMC's new zombie hit, "The Walking Dead," be in jeopardy? Well, not necessarily -- but there may be a few less undead roaming the streets of Georgia if the cable channel goes ahead with plans to slash the show's budget.Writer-producer Frank Darabont recently talked about his show's budget at a Hollywood Reporter roundtable, saying it was in danger of being cut. "Creatively, I have no complaints thus far," Darabont says. "But I believe if they do move ahead with what they're talking about, it will affect the show creatively... in a negative way. Which just strikes me as odd. If you have an asset, why would you punish it?"
