The legendary Patti LaBelle: Cee Lo Green pays tribute, plays dress-up at BET Awards


Is there any greater honor than having Cee Lo Green dress up like you?Okay, yes, there probably is. Still, Cee Lo had a blast at the BET Awards on Sunday night, paying homage to legendary singer Patti Labelle when she was honored with the 2011 Lifetime Achievement Award. She was introduced by the women in music she has influenced -- Beyoncé and Mary J. Blige -- as well as Gladys Knight, who is herself a recipient. Still, the highlight of the tribute was Cee Lo's performance of "Somebody Loves You Baby," in which he wore an enormous wig which he'd occasionally pause to touch up with hair spray.
