‘Weeds,’ Season 7, Episode 7, ‘Vehement v Vigorous’: TV Recap

Judging by the intensity of this week’s “previously on ‘Weeds’” introductory recap segment, today’s episode is going to answer some very important questions.

From her low-rent halfway house bedroom, Nancy is taking a call from Silas, who apparently has returned from his stint as a pot picker for Heylia James out in Humboldt County, California. As part of the deal with Heylia, Silas has returned with 30 pounds of vacuum-sealed, Grade A bags of the Milf hybrid weed. He’s anxious and antsy and apparently has quite the plan in mind for his drug partnership with Nancy, but first she has to deal with everyone’s favorite new character, Counselor Ed.

Counselor Ed doesn’t look too happy and he’s not spitting out his usual cutesy rhyming couplets today. Turns out Shelby, the director of sorts at the halfway house, has given Ed his two weeks notice for the shoddy way he handled the Botwin case.
