'Big Brother' recap: Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes!

Ah, Big Brother. How you mirror life so. One day you're up, and the next day you're eating hard boiled eggs and jalapenos. At least, that's the Have-Not fate that last week's power trio -- Daniele, Kalia, and Porsche -- are forced to face this week. But their diets are only the start of their misfortunes. Not only have they been slapped with slop, but all three are also equally susceptible to eviction this week. Kalia could be voted out because of her poor choices three weeks back. Daniele could get backdoored because of her powerful gameplay. And Porsche could get evicted because she's been about as active as a VIP waitress when Tiger's out of town. (What is this -- November 2009?) Even though I'm rooting for Daniele to pick up the win this season, I can't help but gobble up an episode of Big Brother that features a significant power shift. They also have been given plenty of reasons to distrust the likes of Shelly and Adam. And, finally, Jeff will be forced this week to deal with the repercussions of his own gameplay. As someone who regularly reminds his housemates of his honest methods, backdooring Daniele -- just days after striking a deal with her -- could hurt his peace-keeping reputation in the game. Either way, Daniele's alliance needs to kick off some serious plotting. Oh, how the mighty have fallen! Read More...
