‘Weeds,’ Season 7, Episode 9, “Cats! Cats! Cats!”: TV Recap

We’re not exactly sure how Nancy got from her apartment to the bed of her hedge fund company’s CEO, but it doesn’t look like she seems to mind. She plays pillow talk with Clive, making sure to joke about her “pyro lesbian lover.” Somehow, Clive managed to extract Nancy from the drug sale disaster that was her loft apartment and remove her from Zoya’s jealous clutches.

Any sweet talking Nancy might be pulling on Clive is cut short when she admits that the SEC is preparing to indict Vehement Capital for fraud. Telling your lover that you were wearing a wire while sharing a romantic evening on the town isn’t the best way to make up, it would seem, and Nancy is pushed out the door for her good deed. The Widow Botwin just can’t get a break, although it looks like she won’t be going back to the halfway house anytime soon.

Back at the Copenhagen Wheel Shop and Drug Exchange, Silas’s army of model boy drug mules is struggling to face the wrath of Zoya. The always angry Russian criminal has claimed ownership of the pot trade operation, and is trying to get money for clothes – and also a bear. Read More...
