Andre Braugher to Guest Star on Law & Order: SVU


It's been a pretty tumultuous hiatus for NBC's Law & Order: SVU, which has seen the normally unflappable combination of Benson and Stabler go through some of their most trying times. Going into the show's 13th season, Christopher Meloni is out, Mariska Hargitay is in (full-time), and there are two new detectives, as Kelli Giddish (Past Life) and Danny Pino (Cold Case) have joined the cast.

Also joining the cast, at least on a temporary basis, is Emmy winner (and nominee this year) Andre Braugher. According to Deadline, Braugher will be playing an attorney for the underprivileged in multiple episodes this season. (The number of episodes Braugher will appear in is yet to be announced.)
