As friends and family say their final goodbyes to Russell Armstrong today, the future of the show still hangs in the balance as Bravo decides how best to handle the tragedy on the air.
Wetpaint Entertainment talked to Beverly Hills psychiatrist Carole Lieberman to get insight into how the producers and the cast should move forward with their lives — both on and off the air.
"The show can’t sweep it under the rug, as that wouldn’t make sense," Dr Lieberman told Wetpaint in an exclusive interview. "There was been talk of editing him out if that works in terms of plotline, but they should certainly use sensitivity whatever they do."
