From Seinfeld to Curb Your Enthusiasm, Larry David has proven to be a master at creating terms for everyday events we all are familiar with. Such was the case with Curb this week, which began with Larry being "upstreamed" – his term (and one the woman doing it to him was well-familiar with, yelling, "Everyone upstreams!") where someone gets in front of you to hail a cab.
