'The Last Exorcism' Sequel Set in Motion With a Scribe

Getting warm reception at box office last year, "The Last Exorcism" is going to get a sequel treatment. Producers of the horror movie have hired Damien Chazelle to write a script for the follow-up project that is scheduled to kick off principal photography this fall with Studio Canal financing, The HollywoodReporter reports. 

Chazelle made his debut feature with "Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench" which was premiered at the 2009 Tribeca Film Festival. The Harvard grad also wrote "The Claim" which was mentioned in 2010 Black List and picked up by Route One last October.  Read More...
