Steve Buscemi To Direct And Guest Star In An Episode Of ’30 Rock’

Actor Steve Buscemi (Boardwalk Empire, The Sopranos) has been confirmed for another guest appearance on 30 Rock this season as confirmed by EW. Leading lady Tina Fey (Saturday Night Live) broke the news to the outlet, sharing that Buscemi will be taking on the February 16th episode, pulling double duty as both director and a guest star on the NBC comedy series.

Here’s what Fey had to say when it came to the plot for the upcoming episode. "After Jack (Alec Baldwin) gets mugged, he tries to reach out to his connections on the police force, [saying,] ‘I know Commissioner Ray Kelly. We have a column in IRISH ARGUMENTS WEEKLY, the only all-caps magazine. But he hasn’t gotten back to me on this.’ Jack wants Len to help him form a private police force where the salary starts at $5 million, so the police have the same interest in protecting the rich."
