I only bring this up because I absolutely adore the show. It's quirky, fun, and the storyline and dialogue is just amazing. Nowadays everything has double entendre, sex, and other facets in order to garner more audiences and I'm glad that Pushing Daisies hasn't fallen for the demands of mainstreams.
But as a result the ratings haven't been high despite being nominated for 12 Emmies. And now there's official word that Pushing Daisies is possibly meeting the guillotine if ratings don't get better. To make matters worst, ratings aren't even as high as last year, which I find disturbing.
Now I'm not one with a lot of time, but because I simply cannot imagine not seeing the whimsical town of Cour d'Cour (sorry, I know I'm probably misspelling that) anymore, I have turned on the tv just hoping that my one TV might help to improve ratings (overly optimistic I know, but I can't help but feel that way when I'm sitting back and seeing the story of PD unfold).
So I just want to know how many of you PD fans out there watch the show when it's broadcasted.
And, yes I know that in this time and age the TV has practically been rendered almost useless and that the Nielson ratings should start taking into account the number of hits the shows get from being streamed online, but for now networks care about the ratings the show gets when it's being shown on TV.
