Free to be you and me

Hell of a twist! It definitely makes things more complex and intriguing altogether.

It sure sucks that your brother is Michael's vessel and your Lucifer's, poor Sammy. I love how the writers are developing Lucifer's character; more calm and peaceful than the angels themselves, I mean he doesn't even try to get Sam to let him in by force like angels did with Dean.

I can do nothing but wonder, will it all come down to the ultimate brother to brother fight?

Shouldn't Castiel do what he did to Dean so Lucifer can't find Sam? (maybe he will when he finds out)

BTW an angel in a brothel? I guess you do can make that stuff up. ;)

You're right DonnB, both brothers have the synbols carved into their bones already. That is why Lucifer wanted Sam to tell him where he was. Lucifer was only invading Sam's dreams and appearing to him, because he is still trying to find Sam in the waking world.

DO you think Sam will succumb to Lucifer?

i dont think so. if he does i think dean will push him to it. in my opinion dean should at least try to forgive sam. sure sam screwed up big time, however he was under the impression he was helping. i probably would have done the same thing if i was in his situation. i just hope they can some wat get along soon.

What Sam needs now is a Guardian angel who will whisper truth in his ear a whole lot so he can fight the Devils lies. He is called 'the father of lies' and so he would be the best liar in the universe. The only way to fight it is to know the truth.

The only way Sam would let him in would be to save Dean. Yes, it'll be a bro/bro fight at the end. Brilliant.

I'm pretty sure that the fact same and dean were both on that airplane means God is still alive. Lucifer wouldn't want Sam out of his grasp.

@speggido, but it'll be hard for Sam to trust an angel (even his "guardian angel") after what he's been through with the angels he's already met.
IMO,that's why I think Sam might willingly let Lucifer in. Bottom line angels were all douchey enough for him to decide joining the other side, let's not forget Sam's just a human and that would be a pretty reasonable reaction and, according to the bible, Lucifer will convince almost everyone his our savior.

I'm wondering about how legit some of these angels are. Maybe they are really fallen angels that Lucifer is allowing to think they are still angels. Why would an angel have to have a human body? Couldn't God give them the power to create a body.

I think they're more like rogue angels. I just don't get how the archangels fit in the plot, maybe they're the ones behind it all; I mean they are the "head angels" so they wouldn't let other angels do stuff they wouldn't want them to do, right? In addition, Raphael told Cas something like: "God's gone and he left the world for us to run" (In other words: it's hard for us to fill God's shoes), so maybe they're not bad at all, just scared -and maybe a little jealous of humans-.
The only thing I know for sure is that this season is gonna be great!
