I was reading or watching an interview with Richard Armitage and he was talking about how, in his own mind, Robin and Guy grew up around each other. And apparently the writers had the same image in their heads. I thought this episode provided a very interesting look at Guy and Robin's past and also showed how history repeats itself. I mean during the whole fight between their fathers and Ghislaine hanging around on the sides I thought that one of them was going to accidentally stab her, just like Guy did to Marian. I think that there was too much of a height difference between the young Guy and Robin, but that was the only bad thing I have to say about them as a whole. The love triangle between their parents though was great and the fact that Guy's father only request was that Robin's father wait until he was dead to take Ghislaine away from him.
I thought that this episode was a big step away from the normal ebb and flow of this seasons episodes. I can't wait to see exactly how the gang reacts to them teaming up.
