TV ratings: 'American Idol,' 'Top Model' up, 'Survivor' holds steady


Fast National ratings for Wednesday, March 7, 2012FOX's "American Idol" was up this week in both the 8 and 9 o'clock hours, winning the network the top spot for Wednesday ratings. CBS' "Survivor: One World" held the line, while The CW's "America's Next Top Model: British Invasion" was up a bit over last week's 1.3 million viewers, getting 1.4 million viewers this week.FOX averaged 18.5 million viewers -- up 1.5 million over last week -- with a 10.8 rating/17 share in households.
