TV ratings: 'NCIS' and 'The Voice' lead Tuesday, but most shows are down

Fast National ratings for Tuesday, May 1, 2012"Glee" gave back some of its ratings gains from last week, "The Voice" slipped a little in adults 18-49 and "NCIS" was down from its last original episode on a pretty bleak Tuesday night in the Nielsens. "The L.A. Complex" went even lower than its historically low debut on The CW, and "New Girl" drew its smallest audience ever.Among the few bright spots, the finale of "The Biggest Loser" was up in viewers over last week. But that's pretty much it.CBS averaged 14.3 million viewers and a 9.1 rating/14 share in households to lead the night. ABC (8.9 million, 6.0/10) came in second, followed by NBC (6.7 million, 4.4/7).
