Pointers GA is written by furstrated women.

This is why i have become to dislike Grey's anatomy.

1. lisie was friends with geroge for almost a year, george gets married and was happy, lisie didn't like that, managed to break them up, then broke up with george.

2. Mcdreamy is a divorcee because his wife cheated on him. However he is willing to marry whenever she wants, suicidal-unstable-father issues-Merideth build a home for her and be patient with her.

3. Mcsteamy who is a sex-craving, sex maniac and will have sex with almost any woman, starts to feel depressed cause women are treating him like a whore and not talking to him.

4. the women who slept with Mcsteamy are complaining and didn't like the fact that Mcsteamy was having more than 1 one-night-stand they threw a strike canceling his surgeries.

5. While cristine is impaled with an icicle, merideth is poking her to tell her if she does or does not believe for real that she should be with mcdreamy or not. Christine shows compassion and answers diplomaticly while in pain and impaled.

anyone else feeling this series has taken incredible tolls? to the extreme?

anyone else annoyed this series began nicely and ended up a chickflick with personalities that reflect women desire?

everywoman i know wants a guy who will stay with them no matter what. (mcdreamy) every woman who has a slutty side wants to be justified and get revenge on men for treating them as the sluts they are (mcsteamy). most women hate it when a new brawd comes along and shes just damn cool (hostility of lisie towards tores and her ruining the marriage).

show me a straight guy who would watch this ocean of estrogen for more than 5 episodes. It became a damn chickflick, don't you feel atleast a tad insulted that you have been stereotyped once more?

I don't completely get what your asking here. I still love Grey's Anatomy. It's my favorite tv show. I love Meredith and Derek together. They belong together, and i think they will stay together this time... and have a real relationship. Meredith is working through her issues and Derek is being patient this time around. Izzie and George love each other but they don't have that chemistry past best friends. That's why they broke up. Mcsteamy is a whore. He's only human to get cranky when none of the women want to talk to him. That's reasonable i think. Cristina wouldn't give Meredith a straight answer to begin with but then at the end of the episode... Cristina said that Meredith and Derek will work it out. They will make it work. She's Meredith's person, therefore she is on Meredith's side. I love Grey's... I always will. This season is going to be fantastic!

The show is good! It is a drama and therefore it appeals to women more. Your generalisations of it being designed for women only is laughable. I know quite a few guys (straight guys incase you are wondering!) who openly admit to watching Grey's. I agree with maddie I think this season will be fantastic.
Secondly if you don't like a show (and you obviously don't watch it as you cannot even get the names of the main characters correct!) why watch it!? Why come onto a page like this for people who enjoy the show and bash the programme?
I'm eagerly awaiting the next episode as I'm sure plenty of other people out there are!

Do you even watch the show? There is no Lisie, I can see you getting all hot an bothered if you actually watched it, and I can see making a mistake in the spelling of a name, but that wasn't even a spelling mistake, it was clearly the wrong name entirely. Why watch TV if you want it to be based on "real life" it's called drama for a reason, we all love fake drama, especially when it's not our own. It's a great show, I've been a fan since season 1. Oh and my husband sits down and watches the show with me, he also watches One Tree Hill, and he was a die hard fan of Dawson's Creek, and he's not gay. He likes the humor, maybe he's not as hot for the story line as I am, you sit there and talk about women being stereotyped all the while stereotyping gay and straight men.

Guys just because Porcelain can't spell doesn't mean that they don't watch the show. We all know that when Porcelain says Lisie they mean Lizzie. Creative spelling is the bane of my existence but I still know what they are trying to say.

Mhor, i think the point people are making is not to do with spelling. It's the fact that the character's name is Izzie, so clearly Porcelain isn't that big a fan of the show anyway. And I agree, the whole point of a drama is that it's a drama, i.e not realistic. If it was about the day to day lives of real doctors no one would watch it. Fair enough I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but if you have so many criticisms of the show, why watch it at all?To contradict myself slightly though I'd like to say that I thought last season Izzie's storylines weren't great, she didn't really have much to do or have a big part in the season as a whole. I love Izzie and think her character is very important to the show in giving it someone fun for a bit of comic relief, who is not as intense as Meredith and Cristina, so I was a bit disappointed with that. I remember reading somewhere however that Katherine Heigl complained about it and hopefully we'll see Izzie back to herself this season :)Can't wait for the next episode about the flood, looks like a good one!

it's not to make it more realistic in a doctors life, it's to be more realistic, a tad more, in general, as humans. Or they can just make the series in highschool with break ups and classes. Cause that's what it is. A good drama is Bones. Not so many stuff going on at the same time. If they could tone down the damn 'woman desire' theme it would be much much better.

And another note,
Wow sherlock, cause i call izzy - lisie, i haven't seen the show. Bravo lass, frikkin bra-vo. You're avoiding the point, and you failed miserably.

@ilovemikey03 :
call me in 10 years when he will have eloped with the pool boy and tell me that. (be happy, you'll have your own personal drama you can write a book about later)
