TV ratings: 'Duets' premiere soft for ABC, 'So You Think You Can Dance' down from last year

Fast National ratings for Thursday, May 24, 2012ABC's "major music series" "Duets" didn't pull in major ratings for its premiere Thursday, drawing about 6.7 million viewers and an adults 18-49 rating below 2.0. The Season 9 premiere of "So You Think You Can Dance," meanwhile, was way down from last season.ABC did get some good news from "Rookie Blue," which was up a little over its premiere last year. The series finale of "Awake" also improved a little bit for NBC.CBS' lineup of reruns averaged 7.6 million viewers and a 5.0 rating/9 share in households to lead the night's overall numbers. ABC (6.5 million, 4.3/7) edged FOX (6.2 million, 3.7/6) for second place. NBC took fourth with 2.9 million viewers and a 2.0/3.
