'Small Town Security's' Joan Koplan: 'I am absolutely wild, especially sexually'


Conceptually, AMC's new unscripted series "Small Town Security," which premieres Sunday, July 15, is about the colorful characters and activity inside JJK Security, a company based in Ringgold, Ga. In broad terms, the show deals with the often fractious goings-on of the entire staff.They might as well have named it "Here's Joan," however, since the show is dominated by hot-as-a-pistol Joan Koplan, known to the rest of the staff as "the chief."Not one to hide her light under a bushel, Koplan, 61, says she pitched the show to an old friend at the William Morris Agency after hearing frequent comments from locals that the craziness in her office was highly entertaining.
