'The Voice' Season 3 format changes: Plus, will there be new coaches in Season 4?

NBC's "The Voice" singing competition usually begins at mid-season, but this year, they're kicking off the fall in a big way. Coaches Adam Levine, Cee-Lo Green, Christina Aguilera, and Blake Shelton will be back -- along with host Carson Daly and social media correspondent Christina Milian. Additionally, the show is (of course) keeping the trademark blind auditions as is... but as executive producer Mark Burnett confirmed at a press conference at his Malibu home on Sunday, there will be some major changes. First of all, "The Voice" is kicking up the tension in the Battle Rounds. After the blind auditions, the contestants go head-to-head with members of their own teams -- but now, instead of sending the "loser" of the Battle Rounds home right away, the other coaches will have the opportunity to "steal" them from their original coach! If they see some potential there -- or think they can do a better job than...
