'Oogieloves' Sets Another Box Office Record: Biggest 2nd-Week Drop

"Oogieloves in the Big Balloon Adventure" -- the movie that a week ago posted the worst box office opening ever -- has broken the record for the biggest second-week drop.

The toddler-targeting film from Kenn Viselman Presents was in 281 theaters over the weekend and took in $43,854, a $156 per-screen average. That gross represents a 90 percent drop from the $448,000 it took in over its debut on Labor Day weekend, when it set a new standard for futility with its $207 per screen average.
