TV Ratings: 'Revolution' premiere big for NBC; 'Mob Doctor' weak for FOX

Fast National ratings for Monday, Sept. 17, 2012J.J. Abrams' new drama "Revolution" got off to a strong start for NBC, earning 11.7 million viewers and keeping almost all of its lead-in audience from two hours of "The Voice," which was up an average of a million viewers over last week's premiere. That strong block was enough for NBC to win the night easily at 12.8 million viewers, 7.7 rating/12 share in households. FOX, airing the premiere of "Bones" and "The Mob Doctor," had a so-so second-place showing at 6.5 million viewers and a 4.0/6 -- the "Bones" premiere was down over 2 million viewers from last season and "The Mob Doctor" premiered modestly, losing 2.7 million of its lead-in audience.
