Joseph Gordon-Levitt performs 'Magic Mike' dance shirtless on 'Saturday Night Live'

Technically, a "monologue" is defined as a long speech by a single person, but for his "Saturday Night Live" opening monologue, "Looper" star Joseph Gordon-Levitt decided words are overrated. Instead... he took off his shirt. Obviously. As one of the few hot male stars who didn't appear in "Magic Mike" this summer, Gordon-Levitt set out to prove that he could out air-hump Channing Tatum any day. He wasn't particularly successful. Hey, when in doubt... remove clothing. Jay Pharoah, Taran Killam, and Bobby Moynihan also joined him for the skit. The one thing we can't figure out? Why. Like we said. Gordon-Levitt wasn't in the movie... or anywhere near the movie... and the movie hype has been over or months at this point. Maybe he just really, really wanted to get half naked and gyrate on a stage on national television? That happens, right? There's no official video of the scene, but watch the homemade version below. You won't...
