Dog the Bounty Hunter and wife Beth Chapman moving to CMT

Dog the Bounty Hunter has been adopted by a new network. His self-titled A&E show was canceled back in May, but CMT to the rescue. Country Music Television has ordered 10 episodes of a new series that will star Dog and his wife Beth Chapman. The show, tentatively called "DOG," will begin production in early 2013 and is slated for a spring or summer premiere.The show will have a slightly different focus of "Dog the Bounty Hunter" from A&E. "DOG" will concentrate more on Dog and his wife helping other mom-and-pop bail bond agencies, particularly with untrained or incompetent bounty hunters. Producers say the show will be "action-packed" as the pair travel the United Sates training bounty hunters while also looking for bail jumpers.
