NIKITA: "3.0" REVIEW

Suitably dubbed "3.0", Nikita's third season premiere saw the show essentially offering up a new pilot to hopefully (please, please, please!) lure new viewers into the fold while also rewarding it's loyal fans with the same smart, witty, action-packed entertainment we've come to expect. There has never been a better time to get your friends, family and mailman to watch Nikita.

Last season was all about tracking down the black boxes. This season's catchy goal is bringing in "The Dirty Thirty," the spies that chose not to return to Division when ordered to by new boss Ryan Fletcher. So now former rogue agents Nikita, Michael, Alex and Birkhoff are working for Division to round up...rogue agents. This new goal, and how weird it was for every one, was restated maybe one too many times (no doubt for the benefit of potential new viewers), but otherwise, this was a breezy and enjoyable hour of television. Nikita's parkour-style chase down the side of a Hong Kong building was a real standout stunt on a show that excels at action every week, and the photography was particularly stunning. Read More...
