NCIS Sneak Peek: Confronting PTSD

Tonight on NCIS, a Navy Lieutenant who recently returned home from the Middle East is found dead from a brutal attack, leading the team to question the victim's friend, Marine Captain Joe Wescott (Brad Beyer).

We first meet Beyer in the clip below, when it appears he's looking for his friend as well.

Gibbs realizes the Captain is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and it's fairly obvious from the first moment he appears. Will his experience overseas provide a key link to the crime?

PTSD is good subject matter with serious health implications affecting many people, especially in our military. I believe we might see Gibbs showing some emotions in this episode; clocking his dutiful reports upside the head does seem inevitable. I can’t wait to see Tony and Ziva who have been teasing each other since they met and his grown up side is beautiful; they rule! I missed the episode when it aired, since I work nights at DISH, but my DISH Hopper prevents me from missing a single episode. It’s set to auto-record the big 4 networks during prime time hours using PrimeTime Anytime, so I can catch up on any show.
