What's up with that?

What's up with the 1940's look in OTH in Season 6 Episode 11? Honestly, I didn't like the episode very much. It made me sick seeing Peyton dead and Lucas crying for her. Obviously, I'm a Leyton fan. Haha! Anyway, at least it was just a dream. But.. What happened to Peyton at the end of the episode? Hope it's not that serious.

Looked like a heart attack to me, I have the episode on my PC, might upload the end scene to youtube or another flash based host and you medical buffs can take a guess at what exactly is happening. She clutches her right shoulder though, which isn't typical of a heart attack... Wouldn't it be very ironic if she did have a heart attack, with Lucas' problems? :|
Going to go check now, and edit.

I loved that episode! It was totally awesome! And I swear Peyton's pregnant. Her collapse looked alot like how they found Haley during the State Championships in season 4...

Most shows after they've been around awhile throw in an episode which basically has nothing to do with anything and normally has some weird sort of "alternate universe" or "back in time" or "future" type of a theme. Other examples: Nip/Tuck future episode and the original 90210 (with some ridiculous back in time Wild West episode).I feel like it means they're running out of ideas under the guise of "we're so artsy and creative".I agree that the episode stunk.
