The 6 In Baltar's Mind is MIA!

Where has the 6 gone to that spent the first 3 seasons in Baltar's mind? It struck me this week as I watched him laying on the bed, bleeding out, that we haven't seen her since he gave that speech about someone in the universe loving him and that we are all perfect. Coming to him as he lay dying on the bed seemed the perfect opportunity to see her.

The last time I can recall seeing 6, she was applauding him and standing right next to Tori after his inspired speech. In the previous scene, if you recall the army studs were beating on him and the 6 seemed to pick him up like he was floating in the air.

Where is she? I miss their banter, the mind games she played on him, and the support and encouragement she provided.

I noticed this a while back and assumed that her absence was due to his new found relationship with his new god. Now being 'perfect' and much more confident and pro-active with his thoughts and actions, there is not much use for her anymore.
But I agree - I miss having her around.

Isn't she dead now? In real life I mean. Maybe it's prposeful. Or am I egtting confused, didn't Athena shoot her?

Yes, I think you are confused, but that's easy to do when there are 7 characters all played by the same actress, lol. That was Natalie, the head of the Cylon Rebels that Athena shot. The six in Baltar's mind is of the bleach blond variety (Actually Baltar thinks she's Caprica 6, and doesn't know she's currently in the brigg with a bun in the toaster courtesy of Tigh).

i agree with toddyboy. I'm under the impression that she is a tool used by god, or a representation of god itself, which was used to direct baltar down the path which he has fully embraced. Whenever there is a point which baltar wants to give up like during the time he was recieving resistance when trying to enter the nymph nest, she will likely appear, but her character has probably run her course other than that.
I'm sure we'll likely get an episode dedicated to her explaining who/what she is however.

remember that particular 6 he loved on caprica? balter was also in her head when the cylons were populating the home planet so what does that say? i think the 6 in his head was guiding him, "luring" him to take a role and once he did, she had not come back (yet). it was interesting to see on the base ship when they plugged back in the hybrid how balter reverted back to a self centered nit. perhaps he's just a pawn.

dunno if it's just me but it somehow seems as though the number 6 he sees in his mind is actually a different on or different personality to the caprica 6 in cylon form, just as there is differences in the baltar which caprica 6 sees in her mind dunno if this means a connection or conscious of some kind have to wait. as for him not seeing her could be down to her appearing in the galactica or that she acts as a buffer to help him or set him on course now hes found god tis all good. when was the last time that caprica 6 saw baltar though?

I don't think Caprica 6 has seen Baltar since the cylons took over New Caprica. But I am probably wrong. I had a thought that he could possibly be the final cylon model because of the link he has with her. The Hybrid knew the 6 "Natalie" was dead and knew when the 3 "De'Anna" was back on line. Could Baltar and Caprica 6 be connected in a similar way and this is Baltar's human mind trying to rationalize the link?
Blows a hole in my theorey that Roslin's the final cylon, but who knows...I don't even know if they are going to tell us during 4.0 season. I mean there is only one episode left until 2009!
