Conan Addresses Newtown News in Opening Monologue (Video)

Conan O'Brien opened up show Monday in an unusually somber fashion, saying he wouldn't do a monologue joking about the news because of "Friday's insanely mindless tragedy."

Instead, he told the audience, he'd be skipping that part to focus on "silly and pointless comedy."
