'Next Iron Chef' winner Alex Guarnaschelli's mom: 'Don't do it! You're not good at those things.'

The top three chefs -- Nate Appleman, who made a complex haddock chowder and Amanda Freitag and Alex Guarnaschelli -- squared off on Food Network's season finale of "Next Iron Chef: Redemption" Sunday (Dec. 23), with Guarnaschelli serving up sea urchin to secure her victory."I never thought for a minute that I would win," she tells Zap2it.
